Just a quick question, does Mobile Entree support InfoPath forms out of the box?

ME OOTB support for InfoPath is through IPs ability to publish data to columns in the form library. You can set these published fields up to be writable back to IP as well. ME will then display the IP data as list items/data. These can be edited from the mobile device, but new ones cannot be created.
Beyond that, your best solution would be a custom app built using the ME API.
