Hi,
I have shp farm with installed previous version of mobile entre and now I want to instal new ME_Setup_30047.exe. When I run setup and click next all my prerequirements are green but after that I got following error "object reference not set to an instance of object".
If I click ok setup wait and nothing happen.
Any idea why is this happen

The most likely issue is that your account does not have access to the Configuration Database. I would also suggest you get the latest version of ME; 3.0.0.53

Hi,
I try to do this with farm administrator account but I got same situation.
Also I try this with new version but still have error.

Do you have another WSP you can try installing manually (using STSADM or PowerShell)? If it installs properly, I can give you the ME WSP without the installer. If it does not install, this will give you an idea of what might be the issue.

Please send me to an email .wsp package form last version of ME and I will to try install it using powershell.

Hi joe,
I solve problem and it persist because I already have module .wsp on my solution store on farm. I remove it from power shell and installation sucesful.
