Troubleshooting issues with Mobile Entree can be tricky if you don't know where to look.
The first place you should look is the Mobile Entree Management Health Check in central administration. This check will tell you if you have missing configuration elements or resources in you installation.
The second place to look is the Event Log. Mobile Entree will log errors so you can provide us detailed information about what is going wrong.
One of the more common issue is
Missing Resource Files, which can be easily fixed by following our instructions.
Another possible issue is missing elements in the web.config file. The Health Check will tell you if your web.config is not properly configured.
