Mobile Entree provides many ways for you to customize the experience for the end user.  The first of which is simply adding a branded header image through the ME Configuration workspace.  This header is specified on the Global Cinfig tab.

 

Beyond using the out-of-the-box configuration options, Mobile Entree provides several ways for you to tailor the mobile experience.

 

A new feature in Mobile Entree 2.2 is the ability to customize the index and detail views of list items using XML and SharePoint Designer.  This is a great way to change the look and feel without having to develop a custom solution.

 

Themes are packaged assets that are deployed as SharePoint features and registered with Mobile Entree that can provide a custom look and feel across all mobile apps.

 

Mobile Entree provides a full API to allow .NET developers to develop rich mobile applications that are developed in Visual Studio and packaged as SharePoint Features.  This is the highest level of customization and gives you the most flexibility in creating exactly the experience you want.
